Monday.com launches Harmony to automate sales lead calls in four markets

Monday.com launches Harmony to automate sales lead calls in four markets Image: Primary
Monday.com has launched Harmony, a voice AI platform that calls and qualifies sales leads, follows up and hands them to human representatives. The company said the service is available to mid-market and large companies in the US, UK, Australia and Singapore. Harmony uses technology from OneAI, which Monday.com bought in May for $14.1M in cash. Small models handle individual tasks, including lead qualification and objections; the company claims replies in about 200 milliseconds. Twilio supplies telephony, and Harmony writes call notes to Salesforce and HubSpot. Its agents identify themselves as AI by default. Monday.com did not publish prices.
