Snowflake customers gain access to Nvidia Kumo for relational predictions

Snowflake customers gain access to Nvidia Kumo for relational predictions Image: Primary
Snowflake customers can install Nvidia's Kumo package and run graph-based predictive models on Snowflake ML, Snowflake announced. Kumo learns from relationships between tables and the timing of events for tasks including fraud detection, customer churn prediction and demand forecasting. The package runs in Snowflake Notebooks using GPU compute pools. Snowflake says training, scoring and data remain within the customer's account and existing security perimeter, with predictions written back to Snowflake tables. The workflow requires teams to define the relationships between tables and specify the prediction they want to make.
