AWS launches Amazon Connect Talent for AI-led hiring

AWS launches Amazon Connect Talent for AI-led hiring Image: Primary
AWS launched Amazon Connect Talent, a hiring product that uses AI agents to conduct interviews and assessments at scale. AWS says candidate data is anonymized during AI evaluation and that human review is mandatory for fraud-protection flags; automated signals do not disqualify candidates.
