Uniti AI has raised $12M in Series A funding led by Pathlight Ventures with participation from MetaProp, Prudence, Flex Capital, Alate Partners, and RE VC. Founded by Francesco Decamilli and Emre Altinok in 2024, Uniti AI has now raised a total of $16M in reported equity funding. AlleyWatch flagged this round when it first appeared in an SEC filing.
