Humanly acquired recruitment marketing company CareerArc, combining its automated chat, screening and interview tools with social recruiting software and interactive career-site maps. The deal is Humanly's fifth acquisition since 2025; nine of CareerArc's 13 employees are joining. No price was disclosed. Humanly serves more than 120 customers, including Microsoft, Domino's and MGM Resorts. Its recruitment and selection AI falls within the EU AI Act's high-risk employment category, whose duties were delayed to December 2027.
