Crypto derivatives venue reports $500 billion in volume

Trade.xyz, a market built on crypto exchange Hyperliquid, has generated roughly $500 billion in volume since launching in October, Bloomberg reported. It offers perpetual futures linked to oil, gold, the S&P 500 and pre-IPO companies including SpaceX. Trade.xyz and Hyperliquid are seeking US regulatory permission for pre-IPO perpetuals, arguing the products could improve price discovery.
